Removing a torrent with just "Remove" deletes both the torrent, and files

Hey guys, new to the forums so I do hope this is the right section to post this in, I'm not sure if there's something simple that's been overlooked or I'm just retarded, but.

Whenever I want to remove a torrent from ruTorrent's list, instead of just removing the torrent, it deletes both the torrent, and all it's corresponding files that have been downloaded, essentially just "Remove" performs the actions of Remove and delete.

I know it shouldn't be doing this but I've no idea how to fix it, I was wondering if anyone knew or could help?

I'm running it on Debian 7 (Wheezy) and it's rtorrent/0.9.2/0.13.2 - rutorrent 3.5 from tarball

All you data should stay in your Downloads folder until you delete it from there. If not you need to assess the FTP to retrieve it.
