I have a little problem with ruTorrent on my NAS...
After I config all settings in WebUI (via Settings Button), I restart the NAS and all settings back to default value...

I check carefully rtorrent.conf in /opt/etc, nothing was saved after settings values are modified...

How do I save my settings via WebUI?

Thank you for your help.

I'm afraid (as far as I'm aware this is) that ruTorrent doesn't write to the settings file. Like you said, all settings are lost on a reboot.

I'm not sure if this is for a good reason or it just as of yet hasn't been programmed, but for now I recommend you just edit the config file itself and just use ruTorrents settings for finding ideal settings.

No way. You must edit your rtorrent.rc by hands. Settings dialog in ruTorrent serve for one purpose only - to see, what happens, if you quick change something.
ruTorrent can't save this settings to rtorrent.rc because
1) Web-server user hasn't access to this file in common case.
2) rtorrent XMLRPC API hasn't 'get' abilities for a lot of things (only 'set' methods are exists). ruTorrent can't get *all* settings from your rtorrent. As result - it can't set these settings.
