[Ask] How to Disable Force Recheck Menu

Hi, I'm new using rutorrent, my rtorrent version is 0.9.2/0.13.2 and rutorrent v3.4 downloaded from svn. Running on Debian 6.0 system on vps box.

Is possible to remove "Force Recheck" from context menu? And how to?
I'm have trouble with this feature, because I'm sharing this box with my friend, and if someone hit Force Recheck menu containing large size (usually > 4 GB) rtorrent crash and causing high cpuload.

1) You can't do that without code modification. Or writing plugin.
2) Make normal configuration. One rtorrent instance per one user.

1. Which file/script I should modified?
Previously I'm using transmission-daemon with webui, and I can remove some menu with modify .html and .js script.

2. Of course, I'm using one rtorrent instance per user, but still, I should to kill rtorrent process if rtorrent crash, and sometimes after restarting, rtorrent keep not respond and I must delete torrent session.
