If you changed from 2.x to 3.x you maybe wondering where all your so carefully collected down/upload statistics in plugin trafic went, here ist how to import them, it's just moving around some files:
from folder:
.../rutorrent-2.x/plugins/trafic/stats copy the files/folder
trackers
global.csv
last.csv
to folder:
.../rutorrent-3.x/share/users/your_name/settings/trafic
if you update your statistics via the schedule command in .rtorrent.rc do not forget to adjust the path to the update.php
