Issue with Create Plugin

Hello smiley.gif

I tried to make a torrentfile and after i select Source, insert trackerurl, check private tracker and click "create" i get no torrent file and this error:

I think there is something wrong with PHP, but i have no idea what it could be. Sorry for my english.
I searched the Forum for solving this Problem, but i can't find anything who would helps me to fix that, i tried it with mktorrent and got the same issue.
Would be nice if anyone can help me. Thanks!
