mediainfo via filemanager

Hi all been stuck on this for weeks now if i go to the files tab and point to a movie file then use mediainfo it works fine or anythink downloaded via a torrent see pics below (this is via the file tab)

however if i go to the same file or any file using the filemanager tab

i get no info at all can someone please help as i download a lot of files via sabnzb so there not viewable via the file tab im running version 0.8.9/0.12.9 if this matters

i did have a seed box about 4weeks ago at a certain site and theres worked fine i emailed and asked for them to send me the plugin folder and they told me since they have updated there clients theres also no longer works so unless u know how to downgrade rutorrent we are stuck untill the author makes a newer version plugin
if you do know how to downgrade please leave a link

For a start a CSS class is called but does not exist in the CSS
