RSS Plugin - Ability to specify default DL priority?

Is it possible to select the automatic priority of any new DLs? Scenario: I need the latest episodes of lost faster than the Beatles Discography.

I don't know if this feature is already present and I'm overlooking it, or if I should be submitting a feature request.

This is currently not possible.


let me rephrase that:

The rss plugin in rutorrent currently does not have this function. There are plenty of 3rd party rss filters for rtorrent which may or may not do this.

You can to specify the channels for limited speed rate of downloads. If you has the plugin "throttle" installed

yah, but what he's asking for is a sort of dynamic priority.

for instance, lets say you have 3 torrents with different prioritys

torrent 1 low
torrent 2 medium
torrent 3 high


and you're downloading torrent 1, then torrent 2 starts, it would automotically throttle back torrent1 and give torrent 2 higher priority over finishing

then if 3 started, it would do the same thing
