rTorrent user can't access 'id' program. Some functionality will be unavailable

i have done an install following this tut

now when rutorrent loads up it says " rTorrent user can't access 'id' program. Some functionality will be unavailable."
in the bottom i have been tryin to work this out for 4 days and am ready to kick the server lol
any help would be great
iam a learner at this and in laymens terms would be great
