Rutorrent - slows down entire network

Hi all,

I hope i have asked this question in the right place and in the right manner.

Pretty new too this networking side of things so i apologise in advance.

Basically when rutorrent is running (may only be uploading by 4 kbs) it slows down the whole network (web browsing, online gaming, speed tests anything involving Internet usage) as soon as I stop all active torrents everything returns to normal.

It is such and inconvenience as i would like to have my NAS / rutorrent working away in the background. Instead of stopping it every time i need to use the Internet.

I believe it is just a matter of changing a few settings by which settings i am unsure.

I can post a few screen-shots if need be?

Anybody any suggestions? or have I asked a question that makes no sense?

I do not believe it is my router as I have had Draytek support investigate the router settings, we have tried a several things but to no avail.

I can have utorrent running on my computer and it does not slow down my web browsing.

Do the settings in my screen-shots match yours?

I have not changed any settings from install.
