Slow uploads

• It's on a 100/100Mbps pipe (tested)
• I've cleared iptables to allow everything
• No download/upload limits are set

I've downloaded the Ubuntu distros at 10MB/s through ruTorrent, then downloaded the same file at 4MB/s (bottleneck on my side) to my home machine by dropping it a public apache folder.

I saw the torrents go "red" and then "green" once in a while (see http://i.imgur.com/IvYF7.png). I added an extra entry in resolv.conf, "nameserver 8.8.8.8" to be exact, but the red to green thing still persists.

veryify that dht is enabled in your rtorrent config?
does your host block incomming connecions?
