Hello,
First off I'm using ruTorrent on an OpenVZ vps running Ubuntu 10.4. Everything was working amazingly well until I used the following tutorial to try and install eXtplorer:
http://pricklytech.wordpress.com/2010/07/11/ubuntu-server-10-4-lucid-setting-up-extplorer/
Now I'm getting the "Bad response from server: (500 [error, list])" error. I'm guessing this has something to do with PHP screwing up...
Note: I have not changed the php upload limits as per the tutorial (they're still 2M)
The other thing I changed was setting the /home/downloads folder to 777 (so that it could be accessed by eXtplorer).
Other than that, the whole server was set up as per Subsy's guide on this forum.
Can anybody maybe provide some insight?
I'd gladly uninstall eXtplorer if I knew how!
EDIT:
My bad guys! I don't know what got screwed up but when I tried loading ruTorrent in Internet Explorer it worked. It was a problem with Firefox clearly. Random...as soon as I cleared everything it's up and running. I guess somehow using eXtplorer screwed up something in the browser cache.
Just clear it all and try again
