[SOLVED] RSS Downloader ??) problem

Hi there, guys. I have a problem.
I am not 100% sure but I think it started last week after I updated rutorrent to last version:
Some episodes should have been downloaded every morning when I check them but they are not since the rss feeds have not been updated. ( I have created a filter in RSS downloader in order to download the episodes from my favorite series)
If I update the feeds manually (right click -> update feed), then the feed does update and the new episodes start downloading automatically.
Do you perhaps have any ideas about what might be the problem?
Is there maybe a permission problem? What permission should I check, please?
Thanks in advance for any ideas you are willing to offer..

i'd check the permissions in rutorrent/share/settings/rss or /share/users/user/settings/rss. most people suggest 777 for rutorrent anyway.

rutorrent/share/settings/rss or /share/users/USERNAME/settings/rss must be accessible for read/write for rtorrent user.

Common rule:
*ALL* directories and files inside /share/ must be accessible for read/write for rtorrent and web-server user

Ok, I will make sure that /share and its subdirs have 777 permissions.
Do I have to chown to rtorrent user, too, or 777 should be enough?

OK, I followed your advice and RSS downloader now works as it should!
