Translating Azureus Bandwidth Settings to rutorrent

Hi all,
I have been trying to optimize my rtorrent throttle settings in ~/.rtorrent.rc to get best possible speeds for my connection.
I have done port forwarding and limited my max upload rate according to the Azureus U/L settings calculator

I was wondering as to how I can translated the rest of the settings given in that calculator to rutorrent.

My max upload speed is 461 kBps and for rutorrent I have used 369 kBps max upload rate and unlimited for download rate.

Calculator indicates that I need to have 7 slots per torrent, 229 max connections per torrent, 764 connections overall, 3 max simultaneous downloads, and 4 max active torrents (both download/seeding).

Now when I look at settings in rutorrent I see following settings:
Quote
Bandwidth Settings:
Number of upload slots:
Minimum number of peers:
Maximum number of peers:
Minimum number of peers for seeding:
Maximum number of peers for seeding:
Wished number of peers:

Bandwidth Limiting
Global maximum upload rate (kB/s): [0: Unlimited]
Global maximum download rate (kB/s): [0: Unlimited]

Other limitations:
Number of upload slots:
Number of download slots:
Maximum memory usage (MB):
Maximum number of open files:
Maximum number of open http connections:
Maximum number of open sockets:

All I need help with is entering appropriate values for each bandwidth/throttle settings.
Additionally, it would be nice if someone can design a plugin to calculate these values based on the user's upload speed. I think some clients already have this functionality. It avoids many headaches and creates healthier swarms if peers have correct bandwidth settings.

Thanks!
