What Plugins Am I Missing

Hi.

I've noticed that the ruTorrent settings seem to be lacking some options, as you can see below:
The settings on my current server:


The settings on another server:


As you can see, it's missing some options from the left column(like 'Downloads' and 'Connection', for example). I was told it was because I was missing some plugins. Could anyone help me and point me towards the plugins I'm missing?

This is because your hoster disabled changing of this options for you.
