Clock/timer in the bottom bar of window

Hello, what is the ticking clock in the lower bar of the window?

Is it showing rtorrent uptime, or is it supposed to be the time? If it is a clock it is not showing the correct time . . .

This is a time on your server. If it seems is incorrect to you - check server's time and timezone settings

Thank-you for your response. The date from my debian server (obtained by typing 'date' at the command line) returns the correct value, which is different from the value shown in the bottom bar of rutorrent. I have checked my location in loaded php.ini file which is set to Europe/London correctly.

I am not obtaining seedpoints on a particular site and think this time differential may be the difference. Do you have any other thoughts?

Just a further note. rutorrent shows the correct time for when a torrent was added etc, it is only this clock at the base that is incorrect and it is definitely not to any countries time zone, its xxhrs an 16mins out from the correct time. Is this time set at system boot before the system clock is correctly set?
