Need a Fully featured Screenshot plugin

Hi all,

I need a fully featured screenshot plugin to take normal snapshot as well as thumbsnail screenshot....Can anybody suggest me any plugin for that?

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

If you have full access to the server you can install via svn:
