Peer: Country tab is not seen.

Hello. I am not good at English.. Sorry.

My problem is that I can't see country tab. I clicked right button on the peer menu. But the country tab is not seen.

GeoIp plugin was installed.

Would you like to solve this problem?

My environment: Synology 1010+,rutorrent 3.4,rtorrent 0.89

GeoIp plugin was installed.

Configure it by the normal way. See file plugins/geoip/conf.php.
