Saving individual torrent properties between rtorrent's restarts

I've noticed that individual torrent properties get reset when rtorrent is restarted. Is it the way it usually is or it is some fault of my setup? If this is as it should be, is there any way to make rtorrent (or rutorrent) remember those properties between sessions?

UPD: I've just noticed that it saves the superseed option. No luck with other options (particularly "upload slots" one)

I don't think rtorrent stores individual torrent settings anywhere and on restart it uses the global ones for each torrent.
I might be wrong.

Most of changes, which you made in the 'Torrent Propertions' and 'Torrent Settings' dialogs are temporary. If you want a persistent changes - try to edit your rtorrent.rc.

In theory you may write such plugin. In practice this is a lot of unusial (IMHO) work. For example - my rtorrent instance has uptime ~0.5 year. As result - i don't need such functionality.
