I got a question. All the torrents I create with rutorrent end up being corrupted. No error message is given during creation, but the .torrent won't add to any torrent client.

sounds like you need a new seedbox company. Do they give you root access? if so install the latest version from svn.

are you using one of the helper programs? if not i recommend buildtorrent

the directory wont hold the path everytime i reopen it i find the path i gave it gone nd it exract in the default directory .. any solution ??

Is there a way to optionally copy non-rar files to the unpack folder? For example, most of my .rar's come with a .nfo in the same folder. Right now when I unpack, I end up with only the video file. It'd be nice to have a check box that will copy the .nfo also.

I guess ruTorrent is not managing to connect to rTorrent. Did you perhaps forget to include the "+xmlrpc" when installing rTorrent with MacPorts? If you followed all the steps in the guide correctly, I can't see what would be causing the problem.

you can set a mask setting in .rtorrent.rc to match your directory settings for sftp if you wish.
