[create] Invalid torrent file

Hi.
Im using rutorrent 3.1 and trying to create .torrent file. After getting datadir plugin and php-cli package, finally I savved my own torrent file to the HDD. But it useless. uTorrent tells "Invalid torrent file" and rTorrrent "Torrent size and 'infoieces' length does not match." It was created by mktorrent on Debian 5 Lenny 32 bit. I attached two sample files. Can anybody tell me whats wrong?

try buildtorrent

I've switched to that and it works flawlessly

After switched to buildtorrent the .torrent file looks fine byt when Im trying to upload it to tracker I get:
