I'd really like something that could auto label my torrents based on tracker, tracker type (public/private), and torrent name similar to how extratio works and possibly tied into that.

I'm already familiar with Autolabel and have been using it. The only issue with it is that it requires you to drop the torrent in a watch directory which is difficult to automate, especially dealing with magnet links or with a laptop that might not always have access to that watch directory remotely. I've thrown together some hacks to do it but they are ugly. I really want to achieve the same functionality using the bittorrent webui++ extension for firefox instead.

It doesn't, but it's not particularly useful in this case. If I use {tracker} for autolabel it labels the torrent with tracker name, or in the case of magnet links just "{tracker}". Automove also doesn't work on torrents labeled this way either, it moves them to my completed/ dir, just not completed/tracker (no special characters in the tracker names). Manually labeled torrents or torrents labeled via {dir} or the RSS plugin work fine though. Known bug perhaps?

Regardless, I want to be able to auto label on this besides tracker. Examples:

Step #1 - label:

If tracker = tux.org -> label "Linux"
If tracker = 1234 -> label "TV Shows"
If torrent name contains /Show Name/ -> label "TV Shows"
If tracker is public (and no other rule matches) -> Label "Other"

Step #2 - Set ratio:
Then after the torrents are labeled apply extratio "Ratio rules" to them.

Step #3 - Move when complete
automove to appropriate dir when complete (it would be nice if automove could be delayed until seeding completed if desired too)

That sort of fine grained control to sort things is only major feature I see missing in rutorrent.
