Fast Resume not working

I was re-adding some torrents after clicking fast resume but it didnt resumed but instead did a full check

Reason for re-adding? I reckon a crash of the rTorrent-process or a corruption of the session-files -> recheck will occur.

No info, no answer

I added the torrent from one tracker but that tracker went down so wanted to continue from another

Different piece-size, different torrent-comment, different tracker-encoding, and then another few reasons why a recheck is more common than just resuming.
