Frustrating problem with fileupload plugin.

Hi guys.

I have rutorrent 3.5, plowshare is installed and working, and the fileupload plugin is installed.

Here's the frustrating error that always pops up when trying to upload something:

FILE UPLOAD: error - STATUS:parsererror MSG: {"errcode":0,"tmpdir":"vitality13618035318"
I really need to get this working...

It seems that plowshare can't parse the webpage of the host.

Did you try to upoad something to the same host manually with plowshare?

Hi, and thanks.

This problem is already solved. Now the problem is that I wanted to add more filehosts to upload to, like uploaded.net and rapidgator, which are supported by plowshare, but everytime I try to manually add them on the conf.php file, the plugin vanishes from the rutorrent gui.

Any help about this is very appreciated.

I am glad you solved the issue by yourself. It would be nice if you shared the solution with us, i am sure that other have had similar issues.

You can try removing share/users/<user>/settings/fileuploads.dat after changing the configuration.

Thanks for your reply.

The way I solved the issue was not a pretty light way. I reformatted my Debian server, installed Ubuntu 12.04, and installed rutorrent and everything else using this script:

It already has fileupload included, so, I don't know what happened, but it worked.

About the current issue, thanks! removing that file worked.

Just one more thing: when trying to use rapidgator, it always says the username/password are wrong, even though they are not. The username is an e-mail address, if that helps in any way.

Did you try to use rapidgator manually with plowup? Because the same thing used to happen with mediafire and the problem was in the plowup mediafire script, not fileupload. The guys of plowshare already have a fix for V4
