In my account control panel - I cannot click on to ruTorrent and the other speedbox resources(File Manager, Downloads, ...). I get an error web page when I click on the links.
This has been over 24 hours.
I also can't log-in to WINscp.
I'm not seeding or downloading when I checked the torrent sites I was using.
I hope I don't have to reset or reboot because I don't know how many files I have transferred from the hard drive.
Server Self Test message was :
[Your server is currently not reachable due to network error.
The server will start working again automatically once the network problem has been resolved.
Short network outages are normal.
Please DO NOT contact us unless it has been down more then 1 hour.]
I sent a ticket yesterday and haven't received a reply yet.
