locking down /rutorrent

need help. I am new to this, but I am trying to lock down the /rutorrent directory.

I have ubuntu server 13.10
Apache Webserver
WEbmin server manager.

I thought i got the password set when I did htdigest -c......................but it isn't working

this is getting setup in a single user environment now.

anyone who could help me out getting a username and password setup on here it would be appreciated.

What do you mean with "lock down"? That you need to login before using rutorrent?
