Pass URL to ruTorrent

Can anyone explain how I can pass a URL to ruTorrent so it will automatically start?

e.g. 192.168.1.1/rutorrent/?action=add-url&url=http://google.com.torrent

I could do this in torrentflux but I'm not sure how with ruTorrent
