Ratio plugin not showing time limit field

After I've reinstalled my server I can no long see the time field in the ratio groups plugin.
I've tried with both version 3.0, 3.2 and 3.6 and its all the same.

I need to be able to seed for a specific time and then have the torrent+data deleted
