ratio plugin reports different upload amount than history plugin and tracker

I got sporadically some Hit and Runs on a private tracker,
I set up the following ratio PtP:


I got the following HnR report (see upload amount):


finally here's a screen of the torrent in question, bottom is the history plugin tab that reports the same upload as the tracker (3.1Gb), top is the report that I think the ratio plugin used as it stopped effectivly after a 1.5 ratio.



Is is a bug or a bad use from me ?

Don't know really. Plugin history and the main torrents view operate with a same data from rtorrent. Only one difference exists - time, when this data is got.
