RSS downloads everything over and over again

How can I stop the RSS from downloading all the torrents in my share directory over and over again?

After 1 week of running, I have 11GB of torrent file in /rutorrent/share/users/torrent

[HorribleSubs] Watamote - 04 [720p].mkv(965).torrent
[HorribleSubs] Watamote - 04 [720p].mkv(966).torrent
[HorribleSubs] Watamote - 04 [720p].mkv(967).torrent
[HorribleSubs] Watamote - 04 [720p].mkv(968).torrent
[HorribleSubs] Watamote - 04 [720p].mkv(969).torrent

It seems like I have 1000 copies of the same torrent.
