RSS feed have stopped to autoupdate

For some reason the rss feed have stopped to autoupdate.
I have set the timer to 120 minutes but it never updates by itself. I have to click the "Check for updates" button and then it will go ahead and update and it will download torrents according to the filters.

running rtorrent 0.9.2/0.13.2

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Permission problems, for example.
Auto update is work via rtorrent user. Manual update - via www user.
Directory /rutorrent/share and all its subdirectories must be radable/writable for both of this users.
