Excuse me for my English at first!
I want to download updated .torrent files from tracker using RSS(atom) feed. Tracker has authentication for downloading torrent and where is no direct link to torrent in feed. I have installed rutorrent (svn) and plugins (svn): rss, rssurlrewrite (for changing downloading link) and loginmgr (for authentication). As result everything seems to work fine: feed updates every 30 min, but updated .torrent files downloads only manually.
Automatically .torrent files downloads only then I manually remove old version of torrent previously and set status “unloaded” for its feed, so in next feed update, plugin gets new .torrent and starts to download.
For new .torrent, If I just call right-click menu on feed and click “download”, downloading process starts correctly too.
… and where is no errors in log.
IMHO, It look like the plugins do not change status for already downloaded torrents after feed updates in automatic mode
