Set "Properties..." with Tracklabels plugin?

Is there possibility to set "Properties..." by labels with Tracklabels plugin?
4ex, on/off PEX and DHT? So, 4ex, torents with "LAN" label wouldn't find extra peers from WAN and do not overload WAN, 4ex, ppp0 interface...

It would be nice feature. Otherwise, there need to run several rtorrent servers.
