Syntax error?

I recently rebuilt my linux home server with Arch and decided to go with Cherokee instead of lighttpd. I've got Cherokee up and running and configured php (even tested it by trying to open a php page), but I'm getting an odd error when I load the rutorrent page.

I thought I might have had a corrupt download, so I tried re-downloading rutorrent twice, and each time was a no go. The most I've been able to find looking online myself points to it being an error of php not working on Cherokee. However, as I pointed out earlier, I successfully loaded a php info page, so I'm not sure what to do...

Whoops, just noticed I should have had this in the Installation/Setup forum, sorry about that. I ended up here after several searches and forgot to check the specific sub-forum rather than just making sure I was in Problems & Support.

I am getting the same error.

Sorry for bumping a two year old post but this is exactly what I am getting after reinstalling my OS. Currently FreeBSD 9.2.

I copied the rtorrent config, my httpd.conf and php.ini from the previous build. If there is an obvious fix for this I can not see it.

Remove file uisettings.json.
