Torrent Files are removed and Torrents are lost after Service is strarted

I am using AutoTools to watch a folder.
I add a torrent file and item is downloaded and I start seeding the torrent.
I Stop ruTorrent and restart it and all my torrents are no longer in the UI.

This is a new install of ruTorrent v3.3

Am I missing something because I also don't see where it is storing the Torrent data after the App imports it?

Do you have a session folder set in your .rtorrent.rc ?
Also for a new install you should use the latest ruTorrent 3.4

Found my problem was related to reading .rtorrent.rc from wrong location, and Rutorrent not seeing running service.

The version I am using is the one that was setup for my NAS Netgear ReadyNAS. There was another forum just for it I was able to use to fix my issue.
