I have problem with rutorrent, or just with rtorrent. I use torrent with public trackers. In my pc (Windows + utorrent) i have 734 seeds and 214 peers, but in my vps (Debian + rutorrent) i have just 5 seeds (only one tracker work). Whats is wrong? How to fix it?

I check other torrents. In all of them works ONLY open.demonii.com tracker... Why? Ban for client, host or what? Torrent is from thepiratebay.
