it depends on the server hosting the rss feeds, even if you set it to 1minute updates, if the server doesnt update the rss for say every 30min, all your doing is wasting 29 checks to the same rss feed a sane value would be ~15-20 min

Yes just go to settings at the top then choose channels there you can change the name and the upload and download speeds

OK, that was pretty stupid. I commented out the watch lines in my rtorrent.rc file, and autowatch now works. How long is the refresh time though, and is there a way to change how often it polls the dirs? I think I had the torrent in there for a good 30-45 seconds before it started ... not that...

Hi guys, well just an update. Strange, however i have updated the rtorrent.rc with the /tmp/execute.log logging and i can see the rss plugin being called every 5mins. I rebooted the server and bingo it started refreshing the torrents every 5mins. very strange. however i will keep monitoring it...
